My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. The price is little bit expensive because there no service and facility...

"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"I went with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs up and down and they were very quick when we called them to come pick us up. The rooms are very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. My only pointer to management would be that the staff at the check-in desk are pretty clueless. I think they are mostly trainees. On arrival they checked me into a room that is no longer being used for guests, ie it had no curtains etc. When I left in the morning and tried...
