"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. As with most hotels I found a lack of hooks for hanging things up annoying, particularly in the bathroom. For...

"The hotel is very charming and the rooms are comfortable. The entrance is a little hidden and not very easy to find. Very good parking area. A little hard to drag suitcases to the room due to the stone surfaced area in front of the hotel. But overall very pleasant, convenient location and very pleasant and helpful staff. "

"Finally a hotel with a FULL shower: a glass door that completely closes on all sides. Incredible! The location is ideal, parking was free, breakfast selection was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
