"Actually I dont usually do reviews but this was such a lovely experience I thought I would. Very interesting hotel. Fantastically located, the UBahn station is located in front of the hotel and once you have mastered the engineering schedule its easy to get around. Shops and monuments are walkable too. But the most amazing thing is that everyone seem so kind and helpful. Certainly the staff at the hotel were fantastic. Enjoy."

"The hotel is beautiful and in a picturesque location along the river. It is within walking distance to the S-train, bus and trams (all easy to use with the BVG app. The lobby is huge with comfortable seating throughout. If you opt for breakfast ($25), there is a nicely appointed dining room with a buffet that has everything you can think of. Wait staff and cooks are excellent. But I opted out on my last day, since the price is a little steep and we were running, so enjoying the meal would have...

"I stayed here with my three young sons (aged 10, 8 and 7) on two occasions, three days overall, in Mar 25. Safe to say this was the boys favourite hotels of their entire 10 day German adventure. Fantastic spacious room with a big bathroom, beautiful balcony, comfy beds, mini-bar and with a wonderful buffet breakfast and a hotel based treasure hunt activity that resulted in a great little prize for them on their checkout. The staff were all friendly and exceptionally helpful and the location...

"All the staff were very kind and always had a smile, so I felt comfortable asking them anything. There aren’t many shops nearby, but there’s a REWE supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. You can walk from the central station, or it’s just two stops by tram.The room was spacious, and I felt like I was at home.It was equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a washer-dryer."

"Very pleasant Hotel. Very clean and well maintained for the most part. Rooms are a little smaller than I expected but not outrageously so. The reception staff was very helpful and very nice. It's not really near anywhere except beautiful Tiergarten Park. I might stay there again, but it's location is not what I'm looking for in Berlin. But it might be absolutely perfect for someone who wants to really sort of get away and still be in the center of the city."

"We have stayed here in numerous occasions and the standards are always at high levels. Friendly staff, quiet location and within easy access to Berlin and surrounds with rental car as well as public transportation. Nice array of restaurants in close proximity of the hotel. Just wish that they would start including some vegan options in their breakfasts. "
