"Most of the employers were friendly and helpful. Night shift was very knowledgeable and accommodative. Restaurant staff provided great service. It was called , but there are no portable heaters . Swimming pool and spa , but no robes or slippers in the rooms and not available upon request. That was disappointing. Good location. Quiet , safe . Easy parking. Good food choices . Some front desk gals could use attitude adjustment. "

Had a couple of beers on the bar and caught up on some work. Then went to the Japanese restaurant area next door and enjoyed the novelty iPad ordering system, where you can order up to 5 small plates at a time and then it resets after 10 mins and you can order again. "I booked this for me and my son(16) for the weekend. When booking I entered my son's date of birth and Hotel.com allocated him as a child. When I arrived at the hotel I had to pay a surcharge as the hotel classed him as an adult. Hotel.com should review their child age policy as this left a sour note at the beginning of our trip.
