"Everyone has been very pleasant and helpful however I was very disappointed when we tried to eat in on Saturday evening. We were never told we had to book a table nor were we informed there would be an event that evening allowing food only to be served in the bar area. We were eventually accommodated with another table being set up. However the bar was busy and it was surprising that all the coats of the event guests were hung in the bar area which certainly detracted from the ambience. I...

"Overall a good hotel. Service marked down slightly due to the fact that I waited 10 minutes for someone from the restaurant to seat me, I had to find said person as it seemed that everyone was occupied with a function within the hotel. Great breakfast buffet offering. "

We ate in the restaurant in the evening and wasn't disappointed , great food and service. The breakfast was amazing, lot's of choice and lovely ingredients. Would definitely recommend for a special stay. "
