"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

Das angebliche Frühstücksbuffet, ist eine Lachnummer. Zum Beispiel, die Brötchen sind eingefrorene, selbst aufgebacken, Körnerbrötchen waren immer schnellvergriffen. Brot lagen paar Scheiben daneben. "I found Eisenach out of a guide book, and this hotel from Hotels.com. It is close enough to everything, but far enough off the main square to be quiet. It's mostly residential, so I'd suggest breakfast AT the hotel (which is great) - there are no quaint coffee/ breakfast places within a couple blocks.
