"I was happy with my accommodation and pool/spa facilities. The only negative experience I had was at check-in. Time is advertised as 2pm. But I was unable to check-in until 3pm as the room was not ready, so had to wait around."

"Not the latest facilities, but everything spotlessly clean and functional. The wi-fi allowed me to stream on the TV just like at home, a rare option in my experience. Staff were friendly and approachable. Would recommend without doubt."

"Great location Great views from balcony. Nice room Some suggestions. Unit we stayed in needs opaque glass in bathrm window as can see in if going down the stairs. Table and chairs in rm and if possible a sign designating car spaces for units as carpark is often full "

"There was everything we needed great stay"

"This was our 4th time staying and it was amazing as always. The grounds are beautiful and we and our kids always make use of the pool. The rooms are always clean. Only minor issue was when we went to cook there was no fry pan. We just went and bought a couple. "

"We spent 2 relaxing nights in the Adelaide room at the Cocknbull boutique hotel. Our hosts Julie and Russell were lovely. Situated right on the Campaspe river, with a pool to cool off on hot summer days. Walking distance to the port of echuca and local eateries. Rooms decorated thoughtfully reminiscent of the old world Echuca. Fully equiped kitchen with full size fridge. Lovely soft towels also appreciated. Parking on property is limited. "What a prefect location for a family long weekend getaway. So many things to do, great friendly service and everything was in great condition. The three pools were our fave! We will definitely be back! "

"The property is very spacious for two. It is very quiet and yet close to the historic part of town. Parking and access to the property is easy. The lady who opened up for us was lovely and very helpful. We would stay there again."
