My only recommendations would be that there needs to be a shelf or tray of some kind in the shower to put toiletries on, and the stool at the dressing table is too low for me to be able to see the mirror otherwise very clean & beautiful room. "This is a LARGE very new hotel with excellent facilities. Staff work hard to ensure you have a good holiday and are helpful if there are problems. Our room did not suit our mobility so they found us a much better location, although room was slightly smaller. Breakfast was excwllent with food for all tastes. "Very nice entrance way and I was greeted by a smiling face and an easy check in. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. They have a bar and restaurant that I did not use but looked nice. Perfect place to stay for work or fun if you’re in Nottingham "

"Nice enough hotel, its due a make-over and it does need a fresh look & a lighter atmosphere (lots of dark paint/wall coverings) Only complaint was that the hotel lounge was closed for an event & we weren't advised. This event started early afternoon so wasn't strictly a NY Eve bash"

"I booked the wrong date by mistake and the hotel reservations manager sorted this out straight away and was very helpful. We checked in to our room and it was freezing. I called reception and they sent a staff member up to try and rectify. Again she was really helpful but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, they allowed us to move rooms.
