"Excellent location in the center of downtown Kirkland, 1 block from the main shopping street. Well-run with nicely appointed rooms. On the street-facing sides, there is some street noise during the daytime, but it quiets down completely at night."

"My fiance and I stayed at this property over Christmas to visit with family. It's in a quiet suburban neighborhood with easy access to Juanita, Kirkland, and Woodinville. The entire house has been converted to short-term rentals, and this unit is the downstairs. Overall, the property was beautifully renovated and well-designed for a stay (and the internet was great). However, it doesn't have some of the finishing touches that would make it easier for a guest to take advantage of the amenities....
