"I was informed about being on the 4th floor in advance of my stay, which was not a problem. However, the stairway is steep and has many doors to pass through. The room itself is compromised for height by being in the eaves but not a problem for a solo traveller. Would be a different review if I had been offered this"luxury" double room as a couple"

"Lovely apartment in the town centre. Enabled us to park the car for the weekend and not worry. The apartment was well maintained and quiet. The rooms were comfortable and the view from the twin bedroom was stunning of the Abbey."

"Loved the B&B, owners were friendly, rooms clean and it is such a quaint setting. Stone throw away from train station. Food was lovely. Set in a small village so it’s quiet. It is quite hilly so be aware if you have mobility issues. "

Short walk to Whitby pavillion, pubs, cafes and restaurants and 10 minutes wander to the centre. Thoroughly recommend. "
