"We were very disappointed that The Hilton Metropole had no reservation for us despite us having an email confirmation from Hotels.com showing our room had been paid for a year ago. Several staff looked at their monitors but could not find the reservation we then had to move around the corner to speak to someone else which was quite embarrassing. They did assure us that they would be able to find us a room but it was a bit uncomfortable."

"It was good for parking, location for where I was goinf etc the only problem, which I don't like to complain about but it does need to get sorted is my bathroom drains had very bad smells coming out of them so closed door and opened window.
