"Not even close to 4 stars, good for families with little kids."

"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

"The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pleasant, right at the entrance to Pomeria. 3 minutes walk to the sea which is a big bonus. The hotel itself is spacious, and it takes several days to walk around and find the facilities that are scattered throughout the areas surrounding the hotel (going up and down floors from several places which is confusing and tiring). "This place was a joke! I’ve booked two deluxe studios with 2 beds for 2 nights and we got 1 apt with 1 bed and 1 very uncomfortable couch, the second room had also 1 bed and pullout couch. Rooms were stinky! The AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms and in the other was only in the living room. I knew that I wouldn’t get a refund so I didn’t complain but I won’t recommend this place to anyone! "
