"We have stayed several times at this hotel because of its location next to the airport with access to parking and its only a 20 minute drive to the city centre. The hotel staff are professional and friendly and very helpful making for a relaxing stay . When booking we choose the club rooms , these are slightly larger than average and come with access to their club lounge where you can relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments. Great value, great staff and great location. "

"The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. "

"The hotel staff went above and beyond to help and even lent me a hoover for my hire car foot wells. My room was small but comfortable but my colleagues room was spacious and comfy too. The shower worked well but took several minutes for the hot to come through but once it did it had great pressure and temperature.
