The location is close to shopping, dining, personal convenience places, a fuel station next to it, small markets, gold markets, a business center, and a short distance from the main city. Also Bus station close by, car rentals, Dry Cleaning services, eye glasses shop incase you lost yours like me. Friendly staff."

It is located at a convenient location from where metro is easily accessible, decent restaurants are located nearby and there is a shopping mall in close vicinity. "They say they are a 5 star property, but I would rate it as a 4 star property. The price of SAR2500 per night for a Superior (standard) room indicates it is a 5 star. However there was no bellman upon arrival, the mini bar is empty (they say you can call if you need something, in my book that is room service), no turn down service done, so these are all 5 star hotel requirements. A manager told me they don't do all this, only for the executive suits, what I find strange as my room is in the same...
