"I booked 2 rooms, mine was very clean and comfortable. My friends room had not been cleaned, there was condoms in the bin, no bottle of water as it had been used and no staff to contact to change room!!!"

"NIE WIEDER! Sehr schlechtes Personal, welches fast nie vor Ort anwesend war und auch keine Auskunft zum Restaurant/Bar (Frühstück) und Check-out geben konnte. Wir standen beim Check-out vor einer leeren Reception und bei Nachfrage hiess es, dass wir noch bis 14:00 Uhr warten müssen (Check-out gemäss Info-Mail und Infobroschüre im Zimmer 11:00 Uhr).
