"The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to make my family and I feel welcome. The rooms were nice, but some aspects felt past their prime. While the room was non-smoking, there was a lingering smell of smoke in some areas. The hotel is well away from the city center and required a long walk to get to any food options. However, it was very convenient for our trip out of Xipu Station."

"I stayed overnight in order to visit the local panda centre at Dujiangyan.Room was comfortable and the bed was huge.The breakfast choice was a bit overwhelming .I didn't have a chance of trying out the spa.Local policies include a 500 y deposit. The main criticisms are that they couldn't find my reservation and they didn't inform me regarding any breakfast information. "I booked this hotel for my parents. The hotel staff told them that there would be no water from 9pm - 1:30am. My parents thought it was okay and they checked in. After that they noticed that there was already no water then around 5:30. They decided to switch to another hotel because of this. They check out without touching any piece in the room but the hotel refused to refund. "
