"Setting off the property is excellent, easy access by car, their own parking, food was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. There are few suggestions for instance: soap dispensers are very hard to squeeze the soap out. Maybe something with pump or sensor would be more convenient for aging guests. Overall great job! "Villa was in excellent condition and as advertised. It is a short walk above the beautiful Smokvina bay which is very safe , clear water good for swimming and snorkelling. Only negative was location. Although close to Slano and Ston it is a bit isolated so car required and a very narrow steep lane to access from main road. Access to local supermarkets is ok but they are very small and have limited variety."

Die Küche ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, leider war aber besonders zum Frühstück permanent etwas aus (Eier, Pfannkuchen). Die Zimmer sind neu, schlicht aber geschmackvoll renoviert. Die Zimmermädchen dürten besonders dem Boden etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Das Angebot an (Sport-)Events war unaufdringlich und ausgewogen. "

However there were a few flaws in the room: no proper hot water, no indication of internal phone numbers (we had to go down to the reception to get wi-fi password and coffee/tea) and the room was a bit dated (toilette included)."

She was extremely confrontational and aggressive when I (very politely) raised an issue with her, which she had directly caused the previous day, and when I told her it had impacted my whole day, her answer was “well I had a bad day too, because of this incident, so we are the same!” There was no hint of apology or...
