"Setting off the property is excellent, easy access by car, their own parking, food was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. There are few suggestions for instance: soap dispensers are very hard to squeeze the soap out. Maybe something with pump or sensor would be more convenient for aging guests. Overall great job! "The hotel is nice enough, and it’s in a good location, but our stay was utterly ruined by dreadful customer service, specifically by the owner’s daughter, which was a real shame.
