"The location was great for food in the area: Whole Foods, dollar general, some restaurants. I didn’t like or appreciate that the only way to get ice was to contact the front desk…& then they charged $3 for it (w/out notifying me that there even was a charge)!! It took a good 45 mins to receive, in fact my bf was on his way to the front desk when he saw the guy in the elevator w/the ice & assumed it was for us. Crazy as hell smh. Not too sure I’d stay there again based off of that foolishness...

"From the first impression by Valet greeting me at my car, to the bellhop who helped with my luggage, to the front desk agent that not only let me check in early but also upgraded me to the top floor- my experience was TOP TIER! This hotel looks amazing and is in a wonderful area with lots of walkable options and a great restaurant on property."

"I enjoyed a beautiful stay at the Gale. My room was stunning and clean. As a solo female traveler I felt completely safe and taken care of. The restaurant Casa Gianna is excellent and even the menu at the pool maintained that standard. I also appreciated how close I was to the Brightline station! 10/10 stay"

"Of course the cookies were fabulous! The staff was great and the hotel room was very clean. The view from room was beautiful. We had a balcony view on the bay. The only let down was they were doing maintenance on bldg so there was scaffolding outside our balcony and men, so really couldnt use. The scaffolding was left over night, so we didnt feel completely secure."
