"We only cam for one night , to visit our family. They let us check in early and up grated the room with ocen view complimentary. Great service all the way around from the front door to the pool! We shall return!!"

"Althought my reservation included parking they tried to charge me $20/day and also charged me almost $2000 on my credit card saying it was for "incidentals" and I spent an hour having to argue with them to get it reversed. Then when I checked out they STILL charged me for parking and had to reverse it even though they said they would the day I checked in. We called the front desk for some toiletries THREE times before they delivered them to our room."

"Paid for the Lake View which was not worth it. There is many buildings around the small body of water that were less than attractive. Staff very nice except for the one house keeper that said no when I asked for clean towels. Definitely a language barrier. "

"Hotel di recente costruzione, molto moderno e d'impatto. Eravamo un ggruppo di 12 persone ed abbiamo prenotato 3 camere familiari da 4 persone purtroppo per una sola notte ma siamo stati benissimo. Livello di pulizia molto alto, camera di buone dimensioni e bagno davvero spazioso (doccia enorme!). Colazione servita al piano terra molto varia con prodotti di buona qualità. Personale molto disponibile e cortese. Davvero consigliato."

"This hotel just opened 1/12/25 . We could not use the pool because it needed to go through an inspection. But , they did not charge us resort fees. It’s clean and new and still a lot of workers finishing jobs. But, it was a very nice stay."

"This house was spotless and updated! Has everything you need for a vacation with your family. Pool was warm and clean. Beds were comfy! 2 full brand new bathrooms. Location, location, location…..a block away from downtown. Exactly what we were looking for. We will be back! Thank you! It was perfect!"
