"Property was very clean upon arrival. Did not like the fact that no cleaning service was provided each night. We kept it clean, but fresh towels, trash pickup, clean glasses and a made up bed would have been nice. With no services, the room rate was overpriced."

"I liked the location of the property. What I did not like was the Steak n Shake restaurant that is the casino. My wife and I ate there and they charged my credit card twice. Of course I did not know this until I returned home and I have not yet been able to resolve the situation. It is a big negative for Harrah's."
