"Nice hotel close to Canberra attractions. Rooms were comfortable but not high standard as other Rydges. Housekeeping was lacking- no teaspoons, used mugs and glasses not replaced, milk and coffee not replenished. Parking $25 per night. Best part of hotel was the indoor pool. "

"Excellent stay making our early morning departure very comfortable and easy. The only suggestions for improvement would be to expand the dining options at the hotel restaurant, as it's very limited (esp for veg), including robes in the rooms, and upgrading the ironing boards (very flimsy and thin padding), and upgrading the carpet in a few select areas. Service was extremely friendly and efficient, and overall it had a very clean and modern feel. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Really nice hotel. Modern feel and staff helpful and friendly. Parking slightly confusing at first as is a public car park and no signs for the hotel to suggest you can park there. Room fridges are only room temp so if you want anything cold you can’t from the fridges. Location was far away from anything without travelling in relation to food and activities but overall the hotel is a nice place "

"as soon we walked into the room, we felt so relaxed just put the kettle on make a cup of coffee.open the sliding door look at the view not a worry in the world knowing that they are taking great care of us. fantastic place to stay at,and the parking underneath and it was free just awesome thanks once again "

"Very well constructed modern apartment hotels and the pricing was also quite reasonable. Even simple things such as their holder for coffee and tea sachets and their instructions for streaming were very well done. Unfortunately, their appliances (stove, washer) were poorly maintained which was super annoying, and they don't have a parking within the facility (thankfully, there's a public parking located right opposite and the general parking fees in Canberra aren't as prohibitive). "Bird life. The nature reserve over the fence. Our cabin was on the fence line so could observe the wildlife. Swimming pool and meals were great. Overall excellent facility "

"I loved this stylish and friendly hotel in a great part of Canberra. The staff are very friendly and the room we stayed in was superb, particularly the bathroom. The breakfast is wonderful, not a buffet, but a proper cafe breakfast with a great choice, made to order. The only reasons not to give highest rating for everything were:1) a loose fitting in the bathroom and the soap being stuck to the wall too far from the bath to reach. 2) service was a little slow at breakfast. ( only two people so understandable and by no means not good, it’s just if I were to rate as excellent there’d have to be no wait and also no forgetting one drink. Otherwise a really great stay in a very cool and well appointed room. Also love the complimentary tote bag! "

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Belconnen Canberra

"I didn’t realise the Encore had no lift until we were allocated a room on the second floor and had to climb stairs. We made do the first night as we had a late flight and the office was closed. The staff were extremely accommodating the next day and didn’t hesitate to move us to a room on the ground floor as my husband has mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again. "
