This location was able to accommodate an early check in for us, which was exactly what we needed to be able to enjoy a day in this beautiful city. The room itself was super clean, bed was comfy, and parking was easy. We had in and out privileges, but didn’t need them because of Melbourne’s free tram area for all the tourist locations. "

"Lovely hotel only thing was it says quiet rooms ours wasnt we had lift on one wall and a very noisy alley/aircon system outside window. Cleaning staff very polite but didnt fill our tea/coffe/sugar/milk up for 4 days had to keep asking but all in all good hotel "

"A quiet stay with standard service. Concierge on Saturday afternoon was brilliant. We weren’t made aware of the major renovations occurring. Room had an internal window that looked out over the renovations and into the pool and gym. Because of this the privacy was lacking in our room and public spaces. Stayed in a family suite.
