The second day we went out of the building and the closed their reception desk in the afternoon and we were locked out of the hotel for four hours. The response for Anne was "I had a bad day". "This historic hotel is truly one of a kind! It’s the oldest in the area and has been beautifully renovated. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. We stayed in the charming and spacious attic suite, and we absolutely loved it! We loved this hotel so much that we even bought a miniature clay building of it as a souvenir. We highly recommend this hotel, and when we get the chance to visit the area again, we will definitely stay here once more!"

"Pleased by the condition and cleanliness of room, but tipping the window open (with sheers closed) left me the next day with bites covering my left arm and left side of my face.
