"Very pleasant stay! We were planning to stay at another international 5-star nearby , but it was full so we booked this one instead mainly because of the swimming pool. It’s a good surprise to us! The room is big, Gael maintained facilities and very good service comparing to intercontinental hotel nearby. Good service overall, but not perfect. I went to the front to ask if we can borrow a knife for cutting fruits, the young lady replied impassively that it’s not available without any...

"Stay was ok - location in decent. However I book a suite they only gave me a Normal Room- I booked with 2 BF they only gave me 1. Typical local brand hotel - not so service oriented. After I make some noise they gave me a suite but refuse to give me 2 bf. No other choice of better hotel around this area. "

"Very spacious and well kept room but surprised that there was no bathtub which I thought it has when I booked from picture. So when I requested for room with bathtub, I was asked to pay extra. I was disappointed that there was no free upgrade as I have booked 2 rooms 2 night each."

"Bon séjour comme d'habitude dans cet hôtel. L'anglais est difficielement parlé mais on arrive à tout avec des traducteurs. Les chambres sont bien mais la clim un poil bruyante. Le petit déjeuner est comme à son habitude : une horeur. Rien de bon, pas varié. Il vaut mieux s'en passer que de dépenser son argent inutilement. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir mais sans prendre le petit déjeuner ! "
