"In a somewhat seedy part of town. No one working at the hotel spoke any English. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff tried their best but hard to overcome weaknesses. Had a great bowl of noodles and morning breakfast was more than adequate."

"This venue was a real opportunity to connect with local people who were both friendly and helpful.The Colourful House is outside the city, so has more picturesque and healthy surroundings; it takes about 20 minutes by taxi to get to the centre of Jingdezhen."

"We loved Yoyohouse! The rooms were pleasant, bright, clean, updated and minimalist. The manager was friendly, spoke English fluently and offered great tips on visiting the ceramics capital of China. He went out of his way to help and ensure that we had a great weekend. If you're looking for a unique, quiet bed and breakfast--with copious, locally-sourced breakfasts plus local insights to the ceramics of Jingdenzhen--this is the place. We will definitely stay there again."
