Though the cleaning staff did NOT take out the trash before I arrived (there was already rubbish in the bin when I entered) and previous occupant’s hair was found in multiple places. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was ok, offered both western (toast and hash browns) and eastern cuisine. Room service is good as well. The view of the lake was beautiful. "One of the old hotel located in suzhou and having quick access to nearby industrial area. Rooms are outdated yet neat and clean. Rooms are spacious too. But staff are lacking in English and bit difficult to communicate and also, they pretend not listening most times. May be good for local people but not for international travellers"
