"The hotel has an excellent location, just 15 minutes from Hondarribia, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The breakfast was excellent, homemade with high-quality products and fresh fruits. The room was spacious, with a great shower and all the amenities you need to feel comfortable. The staff provided very good service, attentive and friendly. However, room 101 is quite noisy as it is close to the reception. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended."

"We originally had Airbnb accommodations for that night. When we arrived we did NOT feel safe so I had to make immediate reservations. My niece came across Hotel Ibaïa and we booked a reservation. It was beautifully designed, spotless and very quiet. We had an extremely long and stressful day and needed to be somewhere safe. We walked along the beach, ordered a pizza not too far away. The hotel was exactly what we need. Thank You, Hotel Ibaia!"

"Villa Birdie has to be one of the best places we've stayed. The hotel is stunning from the minute you arrive. Blanca (the host & owner) greets you with a beeming smile and treats you like like a celebrity. The location is perfect, a 20 minute walk into the centre of town, regular bus & train service near by. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. Literally cannot fault the place and Blanca and her team are a joy to have host you! "

"Lovely stay at this hotel right in the heart of the town. We had but realised it was festival weekend and the staff were so helpful to let us park our camper van in the garage when the town was sealed off. The festival was amazing and the locals so welcoming, polite and so much fun. We’d love to return again someday, even better if it was festival weekend. "
