"Rooms were very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was located within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and shopping. The only downside was the construction that was happening in the area which closed the streets and made it confusing to get to the property. Also the fact there was no on site parking. However, the parking garage was only a few minute walk. Would definitely stay here again. "

Juste un petit soucis que j'avais déjà signalé dans un commentaire précédent, la Direction devrait fournir dans chaque chambre une brosse pour les toilettes, il est très désagréable pour une technicienne de surface de trouver du caca dans la cuvette des toilettes et c'est pour nous aussi très désagrèable de rendre des toilettes sales, donc pas le choix que de...

"We have stayed here before and will Do again. Although it’s a youth hostel - nobody feels unwelcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is situate a very short walk from Charleroi central train and bus station. There are lifts to all floors and everybody is catered for here. Breakfast is included in the price and there is plenty to fill yourself up. No cooked food other than boiled eggs - but they’re were lovely. Unless you really object to making up your own bed and stripping it at...

"The room for a family of 4 was adequate for a one night stay. Beds were comfortable and cleanliness was fine. Arriving on a Saturday afternoon to find the hotel was closed and we had to let ourselves in. Restaurant was also closed and the area did not have anything close by....we eventually ate at a place that was 6km away. Functional if you just want a rest stop."
