"It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. Our room was not set up for three people but a very kind and helpful person on the evening shift helped and we got it straightened out. This was our worst experience so far on this trip. "Pobyt oceniam na bardzo udany. Super jedzenie, baseny i animacje. Jedyne co mi przeszkadzało to przejście z pokoju do restauracji i basenów to trochę kłopotliwe zwłaszcza gdy pada deszcz. Następnym razem wynajmiemy domek będzie bliżej bo domki też są fajne. Polecam ten hotel i napewno jeszcze tam wrócę. 😊"

"Sehr neue ,sehr schöne Anlage dicht an Ostsee und Jamunder See.Wird viel gebaut im nahen Umfeld. Sehr schöne Zimmer.Aber irgendwie fehlen die Trennwände auf den Balkonen.So ist das zum Balkon hin gelegende Bad ohne Vorhänge eher was für Exhibitionisten 😉"

"The room upon arrival was very dirty, a very bad smell from the toilet, dirty walls, dirty TV, dirty mirror, the problem was reported, but additional cleaning did not help. At the end of the stay, the curtain guide fell off."

"Ligger mitt ute i ingenstans, många sommarställen med polacker och en bygata med typ marknadsstånd och restauranger som passar in på marknader. Hotellet extremt lyhört och byggt rejält under svensk standard och börjar bli slitet trots det verkar ganska nybyggt. Vettig strand och drygt en halvtimme till Kolobrezeg som är väl värd ett besök. Bättre att boka ett boende där eftersom stranden är bättre och annat utbud än marknadsstånd. Med vänlig hälsning, Patrik"

"It was our family stay. We loved everything as it was great. The room, attractions for children and the fantastic location of the hotel. There was also a beautiful sunset on the beach near the hotel. The food was very tasty and there was a big variety. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wo auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Beim Essen war es leider völlig überlaufen, man musste überall anstehen und warten, egal welche Uhrzeit man kam. Dadurch war es im Speiseraum sehr ungemütlich. An der Bar wurde man leider an den Tischen nicht bedient, sondern musste sich die Getränke selbst holen und an einem Abend war es mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit verbunden. "Unfortunately we were expecting four stars standard as that’s how it was advertised on Hotels.com. However we were allocated 2 stars instead due to overbooking. All very strange and confusing. As such I am rating this at 4 stars rather than two stars. We didn’t moved to another hotel, as offered by hotels.com, as we wanted to be with friends as that was main purposes of the trip."
