"This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking. "

"The line for a drink at the bar was 20 people deep, so no wine for me last night. The bedroom was to hot, turned the A/C on and it was to loud so could not sleep. I could hear people walking around upstairs. Whilst the hotel can not be blamed for the rain hitting the windows, they could have the trees cut back to atop the branches hitting the windows in the wind. "

"Very good location for one night coming directly from Central station. Our sink was blocked but we managed for one night as there were others in the room. It was a really nice room on two levels"

"Overall really good. Clean and comfortable. Quiet large room, only thing is that rooms are tired and a bit run down. Could use a refresh in the room I was staying in. Overall really good experience. Not 4 star, closer to 3 but good value for money. "
