"Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "

"Hotel is nice, with a big bathroom, balcony was a nice addition. The only problem was finding the hotel because the hotel sign in the street was showing the wrong direction "

"We had cat feces in the hall outside our room, and we have sewage back up in both of our rooms, making our rooms and bathrooms smell terrible. We complained but they did not care. If you're looking for a quality place to stay - do not stay here. Terrible."

"What a stunning property. If you are coming to Ulcinj, strongly advise staying in the Old Town: the most beautiful part of town with spectacular views. This hotel is an excellent choice. The property is lovely, with a beautiful terrace on rooms level where we sat having a drink at our private table. Several terraces on the main level & outdoor restaurant tables. The pool area is nice (although the water chilly in April). Room #A2 quite comfortable, views out to the sea, with a separate entrance...

They tried to put us in a much smaller and not as nice room in a different hotel nearby that they owned. I immediately left and had to book a different hotel. I have never had such a terrible experience booking a hotel online."
