"My wife and I specifically chose this hotel because we wanted peacefulness which we sort of got. The staff was very courteous and helpful, but not in all areas. I reported that the reading light and receptacle beside the bed did not function, ( was not repaired after three nights) nor did the refrigerator work, nor did the Mercedes Benz passenger van meant to provide local transportation, (we walked to/and from the train station) advertised in their online QR CODE description. "Positives : great location in a beautiful park, very quiet place; buffet dinner included (which I wasn't aware of making the reservation); big superior room with a fridge. Negatives : no air conditioning in the room, the SPA very basic, the swimming pool very shallow and basic, jacuzzi with no massage (or not working), just one Finnish sauna working, the other bio-sauna closed; the water in the sauna cooling pool - terribly dirty and disgusting - I wasn't able to get in there!
