"Be Place is a gem of a hotel on the outskirts of Trento. We had a wonderful experience staying in this charming hotel. We enjoyed our room, which featured a picturesque view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced, with a selection of incredible pastries and local foods, like cured meats, cheese, and fruit. I can’t wait to come back. "

"We chose the hotel for its Austrian Background, history and perfect location. Even though the lobby is quite nice, the overall experience leaves much to desire. The service in general is mediocre and conformist, the front-desk girls tend to have an attitude (one hang up to me when I called for a room service tea, and another did not want to take my baggage in storage on the last hours of the last day).The front-desk night shifts have no idea of what goes on in the hotel: from the general rules...

"The hotel is located about 150 meters away from the ski resort and rental/ school, a very convenient location. They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. "A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"

"Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. During breakfast we couldn’t find our table, it turned out we weren’t even on the list. The organisation was poor to say the least. Since we were the only foreigners in the hotel they made us feel out of place. I...

"We loved our stay here - our initial worry that it was a little far from town and the slopes was unfounded, as the bus shuttle service that the hotel ran was prompt and could take us anywhere at any time.
