"The access stairwell to parking smelled like urine. This was probably due to the pub next to the hotel. Wouldn’t feel safe on my own going to vehicle. "

"A well maintained, older hotel conveniently located along Whyte Ave. Center to the City without paying the big ticket price of the downtown core. Staff are friendly, helpful, and listen. Valet parking was ideal and made easy to navigate in / out of the property. I'll stay again!!"

"I don’t like where you enter the hotel from the parking lot….its not very clear where to go to get to reception/check-in. But staff are friendly and the rooms are very nice. Pricey rooms so it’s good they are nice and you are paying for the convenience (to the airport)"

"From the second I walked into that house there were issues: - entry key fob and code did not work - fire alarm was not working - air conditioner did not work, had to be moved late in evening to neighbouring townhouse - first attempt at entry into the house at 1030pm (3 gentleman) - security alarm not working in second place - large party at home, - second attempted entry into the house where a gentleman at 1230am was banging on the door and yelling “let me into the fking house” - loud music...
