"The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...

"The room maid said that the management told her that 4* hotel must change bed-linen every 5 days, whilst in the Tourism law and acts in BG it is clearly stated every other day unless the guest request daily!"

"Pretty good value for money ,only £30 all inclusive, although was out of season. Food was acceptable, room okay, staff were pleasant enough. One thing..please guys change the music in the Spa area...you had the same 2 min piece of music on a loop the whole duration of my stay!!! Just put on around 9 or 10 CDs on shuffle! Close to beach but not the best location in Town."
