"Taxi could not drop us at the hotel and we had to take an auto rickshaw for a short trip. No problem just irritating. Minimum dinner spend was Rps 2000 per person so we ended up ordering more than we really wanted and the waiting staff seemed upset that we did not tip them for each meal. But it was a lovely hotel in a great location and we enjoyed our stay even if it was in only a standard room."

Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, restaurant was lovely with a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. I had to stay 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked due to the large distance I had to travel. The hotel wouldn’t refund the third night which I thought was quite inflexible."
