"Great hotel, right in the historical center, walking distance from the train station (with a backpack, not a suitcase, that is), taxi, bus, main museums and the cafe that makes and serves Agnes Bernauer torte. "Das ganze Hotel war super. Die Einrichtung und kleinen Details überall modern, aber gleichzeitig warm und zum Wohlfühlen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Spa-Bereich, Pool, Garten, Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Frühstücksbuffet und das 5-Gänge-Menü am Abend waren ein Traum. Haben nichts auszusetzen und werden definitiv mal wieder kommen."

" Abendessen kann sich sehen lassen, sehr lecker! Wellnessbereich/Schwimmbad war in Ordnung. Frühstück verbesserungsbedürftig = Standard Zimmer etwas merkwürdig, wohl früher Durchgang da Eingang via Treppenhaus und via alter Glastüre (Zi 32). Insgesamt fehlte uns etwas der persönliche Touch."

"Excellent service and wonderful food. We really enjoyed relaxing in the "Wald Apotheke" bar with the very interesting and enjoyable cocktail creations from Markus. The staff are warm and welcoming, always happy to help. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection of local high quality food. The same is true for the evening meal. The hotel is in a quiet area with plenty of local hiking routes in the Bavarian forest. "

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. The only minus would be that the bed was very firm for my taste...but others may like that. The room itself was so clean and beautiful. The staff, especially in the restaurant and bar...were just amazing and always had a smile and warm greeting! "
