"The Mercury is a fantastic quiet hotel with views of the alps. The room was exceptional and large with big picture windows. Very comfortable bed. Reception were very friendly and helpful with a variety of places to eat nearby. The only downside was that the hotel is a little distance from the railway station but a regular bus service drops you to the door, so no real issues. Loved it and would stay again. Huge inflatable Lindt bunny on the roof of the shopping centre"

"I liked the hotel. Their service and location close to the railway is good. I have one issue. We were stranded in Zermatt by an avalanche and we missed our first day at the hotel. We called and they held our reservation, but they charged us for two nights instead of the one night we stayed. The delay was not our fault.
