"This hotel is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and worthy of its 4-star rating. The buffet breakfast is excellent, and I absolutely loved the blackout curtains. The staff are great, the beds are super comfy, and the bathroom was nice. Plus, it's just a 10-minute drive from Stonehenge. I would have given it 5 stars if the shower hose in our room hadn't been broken. Although the staff accommodated us by allowing us to use a bathroom in a different room, it was a bit inconvenient. "

"Great stay - in particular, the barman (Zack) was excellent and a good ambassador for the hotel and the brand. All staff we friendly and the hotel was convenient to the old town. The breakfast at £24 pp was a little expense and hence we had breakfast outside of the hotel, aside from this, it was an excellent stay"

"Hotel is having a refit at the moment, not a big problem . Hotels in need of a general overhaul, bits and pieces need doing in and around the rooms. Breakfast was ok. "

"It's not every day you can say you stayed in a 16th century hotel. Of course getting to the room is tricky unless you have balance on wonky floors & stairs. But it's character features, bit of creaky floorboards. The room was fairly modern but was surprised no telephone which I needed. Had to shut the window to sleep to cut down outside noises but not totally. Food was good, restaurant was full, staff friendly. Unique experience."

"Very warm and friendly check in and check out. Room was clean and spacious, bed was lovely and comfortable. Little bits of paint missing on windowsill if I'm nit picking apart from that a very nice place to stay. Would recommend as also very close to the beach."

"For disability people is not friendly. The main hotel does not have elevator (lift). Only stair which is very inconvinuos for the luggage. The restaurant is amazing with lovely view. Staff very friendly "

"Lovely stay. Nice ambiance. Busy due to Easter weekend with lots of lovely dogs however service was brilliant with very friendly staff. Food delicious. Room was adequate but not a great view - a wall so that was a shame - I wonder how rooms are allocated? Bathroom was fine but very small. Thank you for a lovely stay. "
