"The basement car park B2 to B4 is spacious and easy to park. We stayed in a Family Suite, the interior is very spacious. 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds, and still fit with a simple dining table and chairs. Still plenty of space to open 3 of our 28inch luggages fully! Its a heated bathroom with bathtub. Alot of TV channels to watch, however all in Korean language. The gym and dining area are in B1. There is a convenient shop beside the lobby, open till 11pm. Cross the road is LOTTE Department...

"At first, we thought the room was great, but then we noticed bugs running around and the cleaning staff did a horrible job cleaning before we checked in.
