"The hotel was situated in the heart of como around 10 minutes walk from the lake. The reception was extremely professional, quick and efficient. The room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast was top quality with professional staff doing the catering and making coffee. All the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable "

Slow and inefficient- one waiter for entire dining room until another arrived. Waiter kept apologizing for service. Also had to contend with loud wedding party filling the entire dining room and lounge area until 7pm. "
