"This is our second time coming to this hotel. We found it quite lovely, however we could see some downgrades from last year in terms of food. The cafe was closed the entire time. The spa has a bit of a smell and the pillows and duvet are not the best. I think they can improve on that. The staff is friendly and everyone speaks English, that was great. "Im grossen und ganzen ganz gut. Sauber und modernes Hotel. Bar um am Abend noch etwas zu trinken ist nicht wirklich einladend. Die Auswahl, wenn man kein Alkohol trinkt ist dürftig. Auch haben wir eine kleine Aufenthaltsecke vermisst, wo man ausserhalb des Zimmers sich aufhalten könnte. Essenszeitspanne für Frühstück und Nachtessen ist sehr knapp und das Checkout um 10:00 ist relativ früh. Wer dies aber nicht stört bekommt eine saubere Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen funktionellen...

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"
