"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

"As no-one else was staying at the hotel that night, the warm breakfast buffet was non-existing. A shame as a few days before that, when we were also staying there, the breakfast was actually really nice. Otherwise the hotel is great."

"호텔스 닷컴에서 chalet swiss 예약했으나 아마 이미 방이 나간관계로 비슷한 급의 Chalet Mebel?배정받음. 장점 : 저렴한 가격. 산속별장 스타일 익스테리어. 영어는 안되지만 비교적 친절한 느낌직원. (구글번역기 사용) 고맙게도 10시 얼리체크인을 그냥 해줌. 이미 다른식당에서 먹고와서 먹지는 못했지 만 지나가다가 본 바베큐가 괜찮아 보였음. 단점 : 객실관리 상태는 하 (휴지보충, 샴푸보충, 침구류 청결상태 등) (사실 가격때문에 기대는 안함) 목조 건축물 및 주변환경상 곤충이나 벌레가 나올수 있음. "The room was very large. The mattress was a typical VERY FIRM Vietnamese style. The property is very close to the train station. Enjoyed a very reasonable HOT POT luncheon at the rooftop restaurant. Cost was about 13 usd for 2 and it included a beer and a fruit smoothie. There is a grocery store on the first floor of the hotel which made it very convenient."
