"The hotel location was conveniently located near to the trams and also to Melbourne Central station for easy access to trains. It was walking distance from many food options, malls etc. The rooms were very spacious, clean and quiet too. The staff were very helpful & friendly (Michael and team at Blacksmith Grill, Howard and team at Reception during check-in) and always made our mornings a lovely start to the day. We would gladly be back to stay here again!"

"the staff were lovely and welcoming! located right in front of a tram stop, and it's in the free tram zone. easy access to the CBD. only issue is that once one of the beds were moved, we noticed nothing had been vaccumed underneath it. you also can't take a lift from ground floor to your room floor, you must go up a flight of stairs and THEN take a lift. this wasn't a problem for me, but if someone is in a wheelchair and/or movement impaired, it becomes inaccessible. other than this, a pleasant...
