"We enjoyed our stay at Les Balcons du Savoy. The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. Our balcony was roomy with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was a short walk from the main shopping street in a quiet area. A ski bus (#14) stopped a few steps from the hotel. The elevator stopped working for one day but luckily was quickly repaired. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Second stay at the Heliopic, first in the hotel then this one in the apartments, and just amazing. Fantastic well equipped immaculate apartment. The bedding is amazing best nights sleep in a huge bed. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The views are phenomenal and never cease to amaze. The pool and spa are perfect after a long day. The free coffees water and ice cream are a lovely touch. Highly recommend and will certainly be back. "

"The hotel was in a great location and had basic amenities for a weekend stay. It is called out as a spa hotel and the facilities are quite small and some basics were not provided in the rooms that I’d expect at a place calling itself a hotel and spa (like body lotion), but the bed itself was comfortable, the balcony view nice and clean. I did have treatments in the spa which were fine but the jacuzzi, pool and sauna were very small and not the most relaxing. Also, I had booked a triple room...

"Absolutely stunning location right on Lake Annecy. Took about 25-30 minutes to drive to Annecy itself. Rooms relatively simple but very comfortable beds and perfectly well appointed. Staff all very friendly. Only disappointment is that bar food options were limited to cheese/charcuterie boards - this left us with limited options with one pregnant person and one small child. It would have been very helpful to have a couple more options for food so that we could have eaten in the hotel with our...
