"Lovely room, lots of space and good size bed. But the room was always cold and everytime we turned up the heating it just seemed to heat up the bathroom."

"Nice hotel, the room was very comfortable and clean. The only downfall was the leisure centre not very clean in the ladies areas and smelly. The shower ceiling had a a lot of mould and the doors in the hammam and sauna could do with a bit more cleaning. It is quite small considering it is open for the public and has also kids swimming lessons. Breakfast was quiet basic for a 4 star hotel."

"Modern property with a choice of an adjacent bus service or 40 minute walk to Cambridge centre. It is set next to the newer parts of the university campus. The staff were very friendly. The toilet paper was not great quality. I bet none of Hyatt's buyers would have it in their homes! "

"A decent hotel in convenient location. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit dated and in need on renovation... The bathroom in particular sorely needs updating. But over all a comfortable night sleep and good facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff and was made to feel welcome. Would definitely stay again."
