"The room smelt of bad drains. In fact the whole corridor smelt awful as we were walking to the room. We were so tired from the journey we put up with it and mentioned it at reception when paying. It was met with a shrug of the shoulders, as if it wasn't their problem. Nothing was deducted from the bill, so we paid alot for a really poor experience and shan't be returning. "I liked it had shuttle service to the airport. While I mentioned this was important at check in, I wasn’t told I needed to place a reservation for the shuttle. I did get on the shuttle by luck. It is a nice hotel with a lovely lobby."
