"To start with, the beach which one sees on the hotel's promo pictures is 1) not easily reachable (the hotel is up on the hill and no way to reach it by car from elsewhere!) and 2) very small and inconvenient. "The bedroom, pool need a deep cleaning, the breakfast was OK, not good enough for a 4 stars. But the salvation was Roberto and the animation team. The hotel need some improvemebt it is old and need some deep clean, like the pool board was green"
