"Beautiful property, front desk staff were kind and courteous and the gentleman who took us to the train station was lovely as well. You have a great group of people. My only complaint was the woman bar tender Saturday evening Dec 14th. She was extremely rude, not attentive and seemed like we were a bother by being there. We had a family group visiting with each other and would have loved to tip someone well. We were really surprised by this person’s attitude and over all demeanor. "

"The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."
